Eligibility Criteria

Individuals may be eligible for the Autism Waiver if they meet specific clinical and program requirements. While eligibility is determined by the state, the waiver is generally designed to support individuals with autism who require ongoing services to remain safely at home and in the community.

Member Eligibility

  • Must have a documented diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Must be Medicaid eligible.
  • Be over the age of 22 years old.
  • Demonstrated need for waiver-supported services
