Applicable Laws
These Terms and Conditions and all disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut and applicable federal law. Arbitration under the AAA rules will be used to resolve disputes where applicable.
Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Age Restriction: By using our services and opting into our SMS program, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or older, or are the parent/legal guardian acting on behalf of a minor receiving care.
